…bundle. The fork is used for being compatible with the new rust-nom, see <aahancoc/tree_magic#20>. - new package definition, using the fork - new replacement - disable feature for avoiding code that expects bundling - add phase to make rust-tree-magic-mini find the unbundled magic data
