Report a Problem

Once you have identified a problem with software, hardware, or a process supported by ABB SWE group; please proceed to create a new issue in our issues list.

Issues should contain the following information:

Bugs:

• Visual Studio Version
• Version of the software involved
• Stack Trace
• Steps to Reproduce
• Files in Question (if possible)
• Project Language

Other type of problem:

• Observed problem description
• Systems on which it was observed
• Suggested resolution idea (if you have one)
• Expected resolution time frame

A member of the team will respond to your issue within a day during normal USA working days and we will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
