Travel badge in the masthead + a second answer for the hinge - #287

The display title only ever fills the left half of the masthead, so the travel marker goes there rather than annotating every row it touched. Baseline-aligned with "The lab", echoing the "N logged" count directly above it. It states both halves, because either alone misleads: travel volume IS counted by the audit, travel load is NOT taken as evidence by the progression engine. "Sets counted. Weights held." sessionCount gains a travel tally — analytics had no travel awareness at all, which is why a flat e1RM across a fortnight away had nothing explaining it.

Travel movement map signed off — the twins are nearest fit by design, and the job is holding the habit together for a week away, not matching gym stimulus. One gap named in the sign-off: the RDL was carrying the whole hinge alone. Good Morning now travels as itself (barbell off, hinge intact) and joins the Hamstrings and Erectors alternates, so a posterior slot reaches it instead of repeating the RDL. Unloaded, the 4s eccentric its tempo entry already prescribes IS the stimulus — hence "slow — 4s down" on the card. No new mechanism: it already had anatomy, a cited tempo and verified footage. Three lines and an alternate.
Groundwork only — no UI yet. A "reach" is a set taken beyond the
prescription on a Fresh day: an extra set, or the final prescribed set
flipped heavier on the drum. Upside-only in all three directions:
never a miss — a reach contributes no shortfall. This is the
load-bearing half. An EXTRA set already falls outside
evaluableSets and is ignored for free, but a RAMPED
final set sits INSIDE the evaluated window, where a
good-day reach would read as a missed session and cost
the user a 5% deload. Encouraging a reach and then
punishing it is worse than not asking.
earned only — a reach raises the working weight only if it met the
prescribed reps at the heavier load. Heavier-for-fewer
is a fine set but not evidence the user can hold the
prescription there next week; the engine's weight is a
prescription, not a personal best.
still honest — a reach's RIR still counts, so grinding one out holds
at the new weight rather than stacking another step.
Six tests pin the contract, including that a genuine miss still deloads —
the guard is narrow, not a blanket amnesty.

States both halves, because either alone misleads: travel volume is counted by the audit, travel load is not taken as evidence by the engine. "Sets counted. Weights held."
