Initial commit of all inBiot device files for the device catalog: - vendor.yaml, driver.yaml, metadata.json, profiles - models: MICA, MICA MINI, MICA PLUS, MICA WELL (with corrected names, descriptions and full sensor lists) - decoder/encoder index.js with test.js and examples.json - device images (mica, mini, plus, well)
