Reverts the two round-3 merges (#897 bash no-timeout + runner turn ceiling, #898 constraint-checklist guideline) from main per review policy — the round now lives on
feat/nano-round-0.8with an open PR for review. Merging this restores main to the previously reviewed state.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
