Dependabot-triggered workflows only see Dependabot secrets, not Actions secrets, so CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN arrives empty and the action fails on every Dependabot PR (e.g. #63). Same failure was already diagnosed and fixed in lessence (9e95c77) — AI review adds no value on version-bump PRs anyway; CI and Dependency Review still run on them.
