- Add MIT LICENSE
- Fix unquoted $pid in Shell/functions.sh (SC2086)
- Extend gen-index.sh label() with py-docstring/comment/parent-dir fallbacks
- Replace project-specific Locust gRPC example (dhwani_model) with a generic Example service, regenerated stubs, and updated README
- Add .github/workflows/validate.yml: py_compile, ruff, shellcheck, docker compose config, and yamllint checks on push/PR
