chore: delete orphan assets/logo.png#89

Conversation
The mascot reference was removed from the README in banner PR #86, but the underlying file was left behind for potential reuse. With the file confirmed unused, this deletes it. Develop side of the parallel cleanup. The main-targeting fix (#88) deletes it on main directly to correct the v1.1.0 merge state where the mascot reference unexpectedly survived the develop → main merge. Companion to #88 (which removes the mascot from main's README and also deletes the file from main).
The mascot reference was removed from the README in banner PR #86, but the underlying `assets/logo.png` file was left behind for potential reuse. With the file confirmed unused, this deletes it from develop so the next release doesn't carry an orphan asset back into main.
Why two parallel PRs
Both can land independently.
