Changes include,
Adding a 'new' section to the playbooks so that our new/updated playbooks can be prominent and seen by the community.
Below is an image of the locally hosted version with the changes:

It is configured when the playbook.json 'isNew' flag is turned to 'true'.
There will be 6 new playbooks
