Pull request overview
This PR adds a Spanish translation of the project README (README.es-ES.md) to provide localized documentation alongside the existing English README.
Changes:
- Added a full Spanish README covering product overview, features, installation, development, and contribution workflow.
- Included Spanish equivalents for build/test commands and key project links (releases, issues, backend repo).
