Summary

• use OpenAI Secure MCP Tunnel for private local ChatGPT UI and metadata testing
• refresh a draft Developer Mode app instead of deploying metadata experiments to production
• pass optional local development identity/panel settings into Compose through its built-in env-file support
• isolate interactive development worker credentials from the normal production-paired CLI

This intentionally adds no tunnel wrapper, tunnel dependency, public staging hostname, or custom networking.

• clean Compose boot with no .env present
