Removes support for GLOSSA_AUTH0_ALLOWED_SUBJECT_PREFIX. Self-hosted deployments must use GLOSSA_AUTH0_ALLOWED_SUBJECT_PREFIXES; startup fails with an explicit migration message when the removed setting is present. Docs and tests now describe only the current configuration model.\n\nThe older device-enrollment endpoint is intentionally left alone because current CLI/protocol code still represents it; that migration should be decided separately.\n\nNet before generated/build output: 14 insertions, 48 deletions.\n\nValidation: npm run check
