I don't have test lattices to check the correction. The tests with our standard test lattices still succeed. The computation in Matlab is slightly different, but I suspect it's also wrong. @kandre2, can you send your lattices so that I can check? |

This implements a fix proposed by @kandre2 for lattices with large radiated power.
It fixes #1109.
