Extensive interoperability test harness added to "test_interop" directory that performs tests between microReticulum and the Python RNS reference implementation to confirm interoperability. The following tests are currently supported: - Basic DATA message send/receive - Basic Link setup and teardown - Basic Link request and response - Basic Link Resource transfer
