Update Sports Section Tiles

Updated the sportsData array in index.html to reflect the requested changes:

• Renamed "NFL Flag Football" to "Beach 5s Rugby Union".
• Renamed "Beach Soccer" to "Beach Football (Soccer)".
• Added 4 new sports: Beach Rugby League, Ultimate Frisbee, Beach Handball, and Beach Tennis.
• Added appropriate icons and descriptions for the new sports.
