The registration form is demonstration-only. Submitting it writes the entered form data to the browser console, hides the form and shows a thank-you message. It does not register a person, send an email or store an enquiry in a backend.

This is a vision prototype, not an operating program, medical service, approved device, clinical protocol or working digital twin. References to HBOT, biometrics, health outcomes and lifestyle change are concept material. They require current evidence, qualified clinical leadership, regulation, informed consent, privacy design and individual medical review before any real use.
