Right now I'm focused on the harder problem: making AI actually work inside organizations — not as a chatbot layer, but as a real operational platform. That's what Omni and the-M are about. Secure AI gateways, multi-agent orchestration, the infrastructure that lets enterprises move from "we tried a demo" to "this runs in prod."
I lead Data R&D and AI innovation, but I still build things myself. Architecture decisions are better when you've written the code.
