This PR adds a requested change by the institute.
Small yet a important and sensitive PR to keep in mind for future works. As this PR only changes text "Faculty" to "Employees". The role, backend routes, models all stuff still uses the keyword "faculty". Changing that would be a lot of work and testing. so no plans to change that cuz everything still works fine without that..
