Description of changes:
Refreshes the legal-api lock file to pick up business-model 3.4.10 with registry-schemas 2.18.81, allowing firm completing party first names up to 60 characters; also picks up the 3.4.9 court order/document model changes since the lock was at 3.4.8. Fixes the schema error formatter to handle the per-filing schema errors introduced in registry-schemas 2.18.80 (array indices in error paths and leaf errors without context).
