Rebuild Elden Ring Weapon Search with a new Go backend and accurate data to replace the suspended API.
The previous API was suspended, making the application non-functional. This PR addresses the user's request to provide accurate, officially-sourced data, optimize the backend, and add new data endpoints by implementing a new Go API and updating the frontend to consume it. It also includes Docker configurations for easier deployment.
