Fix dependency versions

Summary

• Update the locked development dependency graph for the Dependabot esbuild/tsx alert.
• Pin esbuild through npm overrides so the audited esbuild version is stable across installs.
• Refresh related dev tooling transitive dependencies so full npm audit is clean.
• Ignore local docs/ output.
