AidFlow AI is a small no-code workflow that turns charity help requests into structured volunteer actions.

Workflow

Google Form -> Google Sheets -> Make -> AI -> Google Sheets

A request includes:

• help needed
• location
• immediate safety risk

The AI returns:

• Category
• Priority
• Required help
• Volunteer type
• Suggested action

If immediate risk is marked Yes, the request is treated as Critical and sent for human review.
