This PR incorporates missing dpm documentation.

The top-level outline now runs: Pre-requisites → Installation → Configuration Files → Command Reference → Summary of dpm Commands → Components → Working with Components → Publishing → Typical Workflow → daml-to-dpm Migration → Related Pages → Manual Installation Instructions.

The bulk of the new material is the component system, which previously had no home in these docs: what a component is, the component.yaml spec, and how to initialize, run, and add components to a project. Installation gains the bare-binary OCI pull path and SDK upgrade flow, and Configuration gains registry setup and authentication.

  • The Publishing Components section was upgraded from the older 3.4 replicated source to the current documentation maintained in the dpm repo, picking up the multi-platform directory layout, extra tags, annotations, and complete flag references.
  • The one-line command summaries were consolidated into a single table, with a few descriptions corrected against the current CLI (and the previously missing dpm version added).
  • Every imported block carries a provenance marker pointing at its source RST for future syncs.

Deprecated and internal-only release-engineering material was intentionally excluded.
