PLGRKT

Evidence for the loss of plasminogen receptor KT gene in the chicken

  1. synteny: Screenshots from ensemble release 100 for the genomic region containing the PLGRKT gene
  2. shortRead: Evidence originating from short-read data
  3. longRead: Evidence originating from long-read data

Tissue specific expression levels

PLGRKT gene expression levels are extremely high in Bronchial epithelial cells and lymphoblasts in the human samples shown by BIO GPS. While the Macrophage cells are missing in human tissues, the mouse tissue contain macrophage cells that show high expression of PLGRKT.
