test_pipeline_status_registry_drift.py(running against today's weekday SF JSON) caught two unregistered states from the 2026-06-11 resilience arc: ChronicGapSelfHeal (L4604, data #398) and MorningArcticAppend (L4608, data #405), plus theirWaitFor*companions. Without these, console page 25 rendersFull suite 1236 green. The dashboard boot-pull/pin PR pins v0.59.2 and needs this merged+tagged first.
