Add UIZZE UI finish-gate plugin

What changed

• Adds one focused UIZZE plugin with the bundled free anti-ui-slop skill.
• Adds uizze_connection_info, a read-only tool that returns optional MCP setup guidance only when requested.
• Documents the current authenticated MCP accurately: find_ui_references and find_ui_materials.
• Adds the plugin to the collection README.

Safety

The setup tool returns static information. It does not read or write files, execute commands, make network requests, receive tokens, or connect the MCP automatically. Users keep their token in local MCP configuration.

Follow-up: corrected the PR disclosure to the canonical https://github.com/uizze/uizze repository. The plugin payload remains free-first; its optional MCP setup is still explicit, read-only guidance and does not connect automatically.
