Quel est le comportement actuel ?
Le cahier de tests fonctionnels documente les scénarios SECR (secrets de projet) mais aucun spec Playwright ne les couvrait.

Nouveau
playwright/e2e-tests/secrets.spec.ts:test.skipdocumenté — la stack CI ne provisionne pas de projet verrouillé ; réactivable dès qu'un fixture admin existe.Suite complète : 180 tests listés (chromium+firefox), lint ESLint vert. Exécution réelle validée séparément par le run merge-queue #32905282108 (4 shards Playwright success) sur une base proche.
