Remove fog-aws legacy provider support from storage-cli config and specs
only the native 's3' provider name is now accepted
and cloud_controller_ng.yml.erb templates
AWS/S3 blobstore has been fully migrated to storage-cli. The legacy fog provider name mapping is no longer needed and keeping it would suggest fog-aws is still a supported configuration path.
