Hi, I'm Kelechi Ogbonna

Computational Biologist * Biotechnology * Precision Medicine

I develop computational frameworks that advance our understanding of complex diseases. My work sits at the intersection of mathematical modeling, systems biology, and clinical research -- building tools that could help transform how we approach treatment.

Current Research

  • Project Confluence -- A complexity-restoring precision oncology framework. Uses 15-dimensional ODE systems, adaptive therapy controllers, and Bayesian digital twins to model cancer as a dynamical system rather than a static target. Validated across 200 uncertain biological scenarios with 0% resistant takeover.

    • Metabolic Modeling -- Investigating cancer metabolism through strain-based computational approaches, with focus on TNBC and multi-pathway metabolic vulnerabilities.
