Summary
WIP: Handle the semantics of linking a new device to an already registered client session. This PR includes the approval of newly joining devices by already authorized devices on that same client session. Denial is still to be done. The diffs in this PR have not been thoroughly checked for errors/bugs/vulnerabilities. So bug fixes, cleanup & more will follow in the next PR.
