…matting The diagram was embedded as a markdown cell attachment, which GitHub renders but the site's notebook converter does not. Display it as a code cell output instead, which both render. Also format two files with the repo's pinned ruff.

A leading comment line inside a fence gets promoted to a heading and breaks the fence, and the jsonc language tag is not recognized. Remove the three label comments and use json.
fix(content_moderation): make markdown code fences render on the cookbook site
A literal <link> in one prose sentence parses as an unclosed tag in the site's MDX pipeline, failing the rich compile for the whole page and degrading all inline code and fenced blocks to plain text. Verified with @mdx-js/mdx: fails before, compiles clean after.
