factory supersedes astro-review and reads its configuration from .github/factory.yml, where the trigger label moves under the review section. Review behavior is unchanged: same "pr: astro-review" trigger label, same .agents/skills/astro-code-review skill, same severity and area lists. factory also offers issue triage, which is enabled by default, so it is explicitly turned off here.
