…7776) * fix(content): handle colons in filenames in glob loader URL construction (#17762) * fix(test): generate colon-named fixture at runtime instead of committing it Colons are reserved in Windows filenames, so committing the fixture broke `git checkout` on Windows CI before any build step could run. Write the file to a temp directory during the test and skip it on Windows.
