When the WebApi or MinimalWebApi app restores from the repository's package source configuration, this pin requests unpublished Codebelt.Extensions.Swashbuckle.AspNetCore version 10.2.4, causing NuGet restore and the app builds to fail. Pin this dependency to a published version.
