Removes outdated compatibility/conflict messaging for QuestJournalOverhaul now that compatibility was resolved in v0.3.0, and updates ancillary project configuration.

QuestJournalOverhaul compatibility was resolved in v0.3.0 (PR #32). Removes the stale 'Known conflicts' entry from README and nexus-page.md.
