Offers and pricing Markets

SDK v9 exposes independent Offers, top-level Markets, and selectable priceId variants:

Promo Codes reference compatible Offers. Omitting priceId during subscription creation keeps normal default-price resolution.

Track consumption against a fixed allowance:
