docs: fix broken star history chart - #105

The star history chart was broken because the upstream provider now hits GitHub stargazer API restrictions and no longer renders reliably. Point the chart image and wrapping link at the working mirror in both README.md and README.EN.MD. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The star history chart in README.md and README.EN.MD is currently broken and does not render reliably. This change points both the chart image and its wrapping link at the working mirror so the chart displays again in the README.
