Introduces new commands for agent signup, verification, and status checks in the CLI. The `cosmic agent-signup` command provisions a new project and bucket tied to a human's email, while `cosmic agent-verify` and `cosmic agent-status` manage the agent's authentication and status. Updates README to reflect these changes and the new command usage. Also updates default AI model references to `claude-opus-4-7` across the application.
