Pull request overview
Adds Go and GitHub CLI (gh) to the Docker image, and reorders installation steps to group languages, then libraries, then binaries.
Changes:
- Install Go (1.26.3) in the builder stage and expose it via
/opt/bin. - Move the Python package install block earlier (before BFG).
- Add GitHub CLI apt repository setup and install
gh.
