test: expand library view branch coverage

Summary

• Add 18 focused tests for LibraryView branch coverage.
• Cover list/grid interactions, Enter/Space row activation, search and filter clearing, sort controls, tag overflow, empty-state actions, and right-panel layout.
• Raise library-view.tsx branch coverage to 85%.
