Site: add Muse Code (in testing) to harness catalog and agent lists

Summary

Adds Muse Code (--runtime muse) to the Agent Looper static site as an in testing runtime — site copy and tests only; no CLI/runtime implementation in this PR.

Surfaces updated

• Harnesses catalog (site/harnesses/): Muse card after Codex with in testing status pill, worker muse-spark-1.2-contributor, judge chip “any runtime, optional”, install/auth notes, Meta docs link. Text-only jump row item (no trademark-unsafe logo).
• Home (site/index.html + index.md): agents FAQ, JSON-LD, jump row, runtime list, install detect list, --runtime union includes muse.
• llms.txt, about, privacy, docs: Muse Code listed with in-testing framing; Meta docs link (no docs/muse-runtime.md on this branch).
• CSS: small .harness-card__status pill + .harness-logo--text-only; cache-bust styles.css?v=20260901-muse on all HTML pages.
• Tests (src/site/landingAgentReadiness.test.ts): Muse card assertions, Codex/Muse markdown slice boundary fix, install union + no MCP in Muse surfaces.

Framing choices

• Muse is visible but labeled in testing — not sold as a stable peer of Cursor.
• Worker chip is muse-spark-1.2-contributor only (no PAYG escalation ladder copy).
• Judge chip matches Cline/OpenCode/Pi/Codex: “Judge any runtime, optional” — not Cursor/Composer default.
• Not on costPreset minmax; explicit --runtime muse only.
• No MCP mentions in Muse copy.

Test plan

• pnpm exec vitest run src/site/landingAgentReadiness.test.ts — 27 passed
