Summary
Minimal editorial homepage with a centred DJM logo, a quiet introduction, featured case study, selected work, capabilities, About and a single contact ending. Existing case-study, service, journal, source and email destinations are retained.
Focused visual refinement
data-theme="light"semantic palette intokens.css. Reuse the existing Ink, Mist, Signal and Electric foundations; add a deeper Signal shade for readable links on light surfaces. No changes to application handlers, authentication, database logic, deployment workflows or Air configuration.

Verified commit:
51d6625cb521dab6343be5c3a2cf5929da17acc2.Updated stale homepage test expectations to reflect the approved editorial content while retaining content, image, navigation and regression assertions. Screenshot capture now waits for native lazy images before decoding, including Firefox. Desktop/mobile screenshots and full-black ending screenshots were downloaded and visually reviewed from the running Go application; see the browser workflow artifact.
PR remains a draft for owner review; it has not been merged.
