Redesign portfolio with minimal editorial direction

Summary

Minimal editorial homepage with a centred DJM logo, a quiet introduction, featured case study, selected work, capabilities, About and a single contact ending. Existing case-study, service, journal, source and email destinations are retained.

Focused visual refinement

• Fix the white-on-light heading/paragraph/strong-text collision using a scoped data-theme="light" semantic palette in tokens.css. Reuse the existing Ink, Mist, Signal and Electric foundations; add a deeper Signal shade for readable links on light surfaces.
• Replace hard-coded homepage/header/footer colours with tokens. The header, logo tab, contact section and footer share the same black shell background.
• Add a small responsive AVIF/WebP preview of the actual Salon Rebuild website to its featured card. No new image assets or frontend libraries.
• Keep the avatar out of the homepage and keep the removed duplicate footer CTA removed.
• Put the existing contact section and footer in one minimum-viewport-height dark ending. At the bottom of the homepage, the black region meets the sticky black header, with footer links/copyright at the bottom. The height remains flexible for wrapped/enlarged content. Other pages retain a compact footer.
• Preserve the current desktop layout and typography. Correct mobile project-grid overflow and retain readable availability text for assistive technology.

No changes to application handlers, authentication, database logic, deployment workflows or Air configuration. main and production have not been updated.

Verification

Verified commit: 51d6625cb521dab6343be5c3a2cf5929da17acc2.

• Go / production checks: passed: formatting, vet, race tests, reachable-vulnerability check, Docker build and non-root container smoke test.
• Browser regression checks: passed: 258 checks passed, 0 failed, across Chromium, Firefox and WebKit, at widths 320, 375, 390, 768, 1024 and 1440. Includes real application rendering, image decoding/responsive sources, keyboard/native mobile navigation, no-JavaScript content, private-route protections and the full-height black ending.
• 72 axe scan reports, zero reported violations. Automated results are not a full accessibility certification; review-required items remain recorded in the artifacts.
• Lighthouse: passed. Homepage lab run: performance 95, accessibility 100, best practices 100, SEO 100, CLS 0. These are isolated CI measurements, not production field data; LCP was approximately 2.72 seconds (above the advisory 2.5-second target).

Updated stale homepage test expectations to reflect the approved editorial content while retaining content, image, navigation and regression assertions. Screenshot capture now waits for native lazy images before decoding, including Firefox. Desktop/mobile screenshots and full-black ending screenshots were downloaded and visually reviewed from the running Go application; see the browser workflow artifact.
