The Bootable bar plugin is now a native media client instead of only a launcher.

• write continues safely when the panel closes

Safety

The plugin never auto-selects a device. It accepts only Bootable-reported eligible targets, checks that the plan matches the exact selected ID, and passes Bootable’s exact confirmation phrase back to the CLI. Bootable revalidates the target and delegates only the reviewed plan to its root-owned helper.
