docs(slash-commands): 补充 /reply-mode 命令文档

在 docs-site/docs/zh/slash-commands.md 中新增「💬 回复模式（/reply-mode）」章节，覆盖：

• 私聊（1:1 DM）的 chat / topic 两态及 status 查看
• 普通群的 chat / chat-topic / new-topic / topic(shared) 四态及 status 查看
• 权限说明（status 可查 / 修改 owner 专用 / 多 bot 群需 @ 具体 bot）
• 群级设置覆盖 dashboard 默认值的说明

内容依据 src/im/lark/reply-mode-command.ts 与 test/reply-mode-command.test.ts 的实际行为整理。
