Reorganize the flat source layout into two platform-specific trees so the CUDA and ROCm variants can diverge without conflicting: - rocm/ carries forward the existing sources, including the rocWMMA backend (mxm_rocwmma.h, transform_rocwmma.h) and the HIP entry points. - cuda/ adds the CUDA-specific variant: WMMA backend (mxm_wmma.h, transform_wmma.h), dmma.h, transform_cublasdx_mxm.h, and a validate_levels.cu counterpart to the HIP validator. Each directory gets its own CMakeLists.txt, README.md, CLAUDE.md, and LICENSE so it builds standalone. The root .gitignore is kept in place so build output stays untracked.
