🎯 What: The code health issue addressed
Replaced the bare except: block in MemoryConsolidator._value_similarity in json_memory/consolidation.py with an explicit except (ValueError, TypeError):.

💡 Why: How this improves maintainability
Bare except: blocks are an anti-pattern as they catch unexpected system-level exceptions such as KeyboardInterrupt or SystemExit. Narrowing down the exceptions explicitly ensures that only expected numerical conversion/parsing exceptions are ignored while parsing potential floats, thus avoiding swallowing critical system signals.

Verification: How you confirmed the change is safe
Ran the full test suite via PYTHONPATH=. python -m pytest tests/ without introducing any new test failures or regressions. Checked via Code Review to make sure the specific exceptions explicitly address the potential errors parsing the floats from values.

Result: The improvement achieved
Improved stability, readability, and predictability when floating-point conversion parsing fails inside memory consolidation value comparison logic.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 14007842856381776694 started by @dioncx

Replace the bare except block with except (ValueError, TypeError): in
json_memory/consolidation.py to prevent swallowing critical system exceptions
such as KeyboardInterrupt while parsing floats.
