…ages A milestone-nested reference (e.g. line "1.3" under a <cb/>) resolves to the deepest node only, so extraction skipped the milestones carrying the passage's citation identity. get_passage now resolves those anchors and reconstruct_doc copies them where they precede the start node, including when the line is wrapped (e.g. in a <seg/>) one level below the anchor.
