🏗️ ECPro Portal Replacement — Replicated a licensed third-party product's full functionality within an existing ServiceNow license, eliminating the client 's EC PRO license purchase. End-to-end: architecture, SP widgets, role-based views, responsive grid, dynamic navigation.
