This PR updates the .NET template unit tests to apply existing warning filtering logic when inspecting build warnings, ensuring the tests only fail on actionable warnings rather than known/benign ones.

Changes:

• Apply FilterWarnings (platform) / FilterWarnings (info.Platform) before validating that template builds emit no warnings.
• Align template build-warning checks with other unit tests that already use the shared warning-filtering extensions.
