Preview 7 remains absent from public .NET release metadata and NuGet.org. Keep this PR in draft and do not merge until the SDK and package versions above are publicly available. Sample PRs #776 and #777 are stacked on this baseline and remain draft for the same reason.
Markdown lint still reports the same pre-existing line-length/list-spacing findings in
11.0/README.md; this change does not introduce them.
